| Vista Backup - Indiviudal File Ok I need to backup one database file daily, but I don't see that ability with vista. Its either the whole pc or select types of files. XP had this ability so what genius at microsoft thought this function wasn't needed?????? |

| Re: Vista Backup - Indiviudal File I use this. It works great. Create a job for each file or folder you want to back up and place it on a schedule. | Re: Vista Backup - Indiviudal File Synctop doesn't let me schedule backups. Why did microsoft screw up something good? XP backup worked great, Vista back sucks. In XP I could just backup my local profile, 15 GB. Now in Vista I have to back up types of files, so now my backup is 40 GB. Anyone out there beta testing Vista SP1? interested to see if this is fixed in SP1.
