tool to find out how much RAM Vista sees?

Hi, there, I have a 64 bit processor with 4 gigs of RAM.

I'm going to install both 32 bit xp and 64 bit Vista.

How can I test how much RAM the OS is actually seeing?

Thanks.

Why? You should pick one and stick with it for now. For the present,
most people are best off with 32-bit, but that will change over the
next few years.

No test is needed. Here are the answers:

64-bit - all the RAM you install
32-bit - all the RAM you install up to about 3.1GB

But if you want to see the numbers yourself, right click on "Computer"
and choose Properties.

They call it TaskManager. Just CTRL-ALT-DELETE and go to the performance
tab. I don't know why you would want to test the RAM, but you can see how
much Vista is using.

You must NOT be a programmer, unless your NICK is true, idiotprogrammer!

Just FYI.
