It was reported that ANN has seeked a restraining order from Kevin Putzke.
She wants him locked away. He scares me, she says. He keeps dragging his
knuckles on the ground, throwing feces at passing motorists, jumping up and
down screaming. Just FYI. He also has dropped his pants a number of times.
Just FYI. Poor Kevin's mother wants him committed as she is embarassed for
herself and the community. Just FYI.
