Vista Search

Hello,

Admittedly, I haven't spent a lot of time researching this on my own, but...

One of Microsoft's "selling points" of Vista is its "expanded search
capabilities". Sometimes, I like it, but sometimes I would like it to be a
little bit more old-fashioned; for example (and I hope to God that THIS
didn't go the way of the Siren's Song, as did spellchecking in English!),
but...

How can I search by:

1) file type
2) date modified
3) date created

, etc.

Can anyone send me a link?

Thanks,

smackedass

Whaayle, if THIS isn't interesting. The new OS reverts back to old-school
DOS type prompts. I don't mind, but it doesn't make any sense.

Thanks for the info.
