wtf did i do to my new laptop......

I bought a laptop in Feb, and as of 2 months ago I, very accidentally,
deleted my entire OP SYS. Is there a way to fix this.......?? Please help

Nope
there is no way to "accidently" delete your entire OS...
maybe you changed the boot order in the bios and made your system
unbootable???

That's rather difficult to say since no one here knows what happened and/or
what you've done since you "deleted the entire operating system". Details
may help ... or not, depending on what you can tell us.
