Did I say different?
Oh, yes I did, I said there is no magic, while Clark said technology was
indistinguishable from magic.

you think.

On the contrary, Clarke's statement clearly implies that advanced
technology beyond the understanding of the observer is only
indistinguishable from magic because it is not understood by the
observer, it is as he said in the first words "Technology". You made the
allegation that Clarke's words were those of a superstitious person,
when his very use of the words "Indistinguishable from" implies that it
is not magic, though to some it may appear so..

Hehe, you should charge else they will assume the course is no good,
remember nothing free is any good, right?

Perhaps you could run (As a sideline to the main course) a more
specialized series of lessons for this group in particular aimed at
polishing the art of Ad Hominem trolling with a certificate of
competence at the end of it. This could be the "Most Vicious Poster" or
MVP award, that way those who believe they can earn a real MVP award by
defending Microsoft no matter what and attacking everything else in
sight can delude themselves into thinking that irrational behavior has
got them in good standing with the boss...

Tiberius was an idiot then, obviously he's an idiot now.
Pray tell what does HIV have to do with computer operating systems?
