They are a sub-set of folks who complain to give their miserable lives meaning. By joining some anti-somthing (logging, whalers, nuclear power, bras, bottle-feeding, meat-eating, Iraq war, Bush, automobiles, religion, capitalism, Walmart, the "N-word", schoolyard tag, death penalty, artificial coloring, Rumsfeld, etc.) they can take their mind off their own meaningless affairs by minding other people's business. Tragic, really, all that wasted effort. But, that's life. The best thing to do is lie back and think of England. |

I have a fast computer that is dual core and a fast video card with my overall Vista performance rating is 5.7 and since I just built the computer from the ground up last February with all new so-called "vista certified" hardware and have all the latest drivers and the latest version of BIOS according to you I shouldn't have any problems. So much for your theory pal. Want to tackle the big bang theory next Mr. Computer Genius? |

No, Micros~1 hasn't sold that many copies. They've sold licenses (so they say) for that many copies. But, that could mean that manufacturers are still sitting on many of them and in fact, will continue to do so, as end-users request XP instead. Many others have gotten computers with Vista installed and that counts as a "sale". But they've either overwritten that pathetic bloated p.o.s. with XP or gone on to a real operating system like Ubuntu.
