| Internet Explorer has stopped working! Lately I have been getting the above message, mainly when I click on my desktop icons. It happens frequently and usually clears up on a second try, but not always. The other posts about this do not seem to offer a solution. Is there one? -- Thanks, Wayne Wayne L |

The connection with IE may not be obvious, such as Google Desktop. A firewall or security site might be causing this problem.
