| Re: search button in start menu hi ronnie, that'll remove the 'start' button from the right side of the start menu pane (grouped with other buttons like 'computer', documents). what i want to remove is the 'search' box right above the 'start' orb, where the cursor is. this is to shutdown conveniently using the keyboard like i used to in winXP.
