Problems with Media Center in Vista Ultimate x86

Hi there.

I've recently installed Windows Vista Ultimate x86 Norwegian, and ever since
I tried to run Media Center in Vista, then it has popped up every time I
logged into Vista.

I went to "Start menu" > "Run" > "msconfig" > "Startup" and removed all
programs containing Media Center.
It didn't help.

Then I went to "My Computer" (Rightclick) > "Administrate" > "Services and
Programs" > "Services", and removed Media Center from there.
It didn't help ether.

So now I'd like to hear, how I can get it stop with poppin' up every time I
log into Vista...

A another problem is, that when it's trying to run Media Center, then a
popup-box is writing this on norwegian:

""Windows can't open the program, because it's prevented by a limit policy
for programs. Contact the systemadministrator for more information."
(I've translated it to english)

I've tried to find the problem in my User Policy and even Local Policy, but
it's not there...

What can I do?

Re: Problems with Media Center in Vista Ultimate x86

Try opening Media Center, and go to Tasks > Settings > General > Startup and
Window Behavior, to turn off the startup option.
