| updateLists.exe has stopped working error Last week I started getting "updateLists.exe has stopped working" error message. What is this software and how is it used? Plus what should I do to correct this problem? TIA      |

| Re: updateLists.exe has stopped working error It appears to be a Netscape file involved with its Site Security feature. If you don't use Netscape, uninstall it, or at least try to disable Site Security from automatically updating in Netscape's Preferences/Options/Properties.
