Explorer crash after copy a file, StackHash_8d13

Hello,
I open two (File-) explorer window, change to different directories in
each window, mark some files in the first window and drag it to the
second window.
(No multimedia files special folders or whatever, normal EXE, ZIP,
TXT,... files.)
The copy works without any problem.

But when I close one of the windows I get a crash ("Explorer has stoped
working").
In systemcontrol->Error report I found something about modul name
StackHash_8d13.

Any ideas?
(Maybe without Vista repair, restorepoint or a new installation)

Peter

Nice try Peter, but I've never downloaded the IE7 pro addon and I still get
the error.
