KB937061 for Visual Studio SP1 has been installed a lot of times via Windows
Update, but Windows Update continues to offer it and it's installed every
times I shut down my PC.

Bill - I agree

BillD - Set your computer to download updates but notify you for approval to
install. An update "icon" will appear in the task tray - click to open and
select "Custom install" - deselect the update - select option not to receive
future notices about the update.
