KB937061 for Visual Studio 2005 SP1 has been installed a lot of times via
Windows Update, but Windows Update continues to offer it and it's installed
every times I shut down my PC.

HELP ME TO STOP THIS INFINITE LOOP!!!!

Right-click on the update name and choose the option that lets you hide it.

Remove it in Control Panel/Programs if it's present, then download and
install the update manually.
