net start command-- all the time

Whenever I reboot my Vista box at first Aero is not present any longer- I
have to go to a command prompt and do a "net start uxsms" command to get it
back- this is every boot-- any suggestions what might be going wrong?.. or a
permanent fix?

Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services. Find "Desktop
Windows Manager Session Manager" in the list of services and make sure
its startup type is set to Automatic. If it isn't, double click the
entry and change the startup type to Automatic.
