Windows Update error C015001A

When I got to windows update on my Vista PC, instead of automatically
downloading updates, it's telling me to install an update for windows
update. Then I click on Install, and checks for updates and then gets an
error message:
Windows could not search for new updates
Code: C015001A

RE: Windows Update error C015001A

I have the same thing. When I want to download updates, windows update says,
that it has to download new plug in or something like that (I have polish
version, so I don't know, in English). Then it says, that he's downloading,
but nothing happend. Later it says me that he can't find new updates and it's
error C01500a.

Yup, I'm having exactly the same problem as you guys.

Are you both using Windows Live Care by any chance?
