i only get this during shut down, it gets blue screen and reboot. i
made sure all the drivers are up to date. what is going on here? it
doesn't happen all the time, only when i use computer for extended
period of time.

This sounds like windows 95 or 98 and 98 se all over again...

Did you miss the word "help" in the line "Files that help describe the
problem:"?

The message says it all. Blue Screens are generally caused by some hardware
issue. Have you checked the manufacturer's website for all your hardware to
make sure that all your drivers are up to date and fully Vista compatible.
