Drop Down Menus

I just got Vista Home Premium 2 days ago, and since then it has crashed once.

When I system-restored, suddenly all the "drop down menus" became
left-aligned like:

If I can remember clearly, drop down menus "drop out" to the bottom right,
not the bottom left.

Like, when right-clicking on the desktop, it the menu "drops out" to the
left, even when nothing is in the way of the menu.

I'm not sure if this is a "feature" or a problem, but I'd like to make them
slide out normally, to the right, since left-sliding menus are quite annoying
for me, and obscure objects in some of my software. =[

Is there a setting somewhere I can toggle?

type TABLET in the start search, select TABLET PC SETTINGS in the
general tab select LEFT HANDED

The most reliable time to upgrade to a new Operating System is at the
end of its life cycle.
