I took my computer in for repair, they not only lost my data, but I had to
have another company reinstall the Operating System becasuse they left
viruses on my PC. I would never use these guys again.

Lousy service, poor customer relations. When I called up on Thursday
morning, I was on hold for 10 minutes. Then this guy couln't find my
paperwork, I had to fax over my copy so they could get their act together.
My computer was in their shop 3 weeks. They did nothing. I had to take it
to Best Buy and have the Geek Squad finish the work they couldn't do.

The manager was nasty and hung up on me twice. Their bill came within a few
days of course. They expected me to pay in full. Forget it. Losers

The people there are horrible to deal with. My son took his computer there
and they damaged it. Obviously, I didn't pay the bill. There are better
places to take your computer.
