sur l'icone d'aide ca me dit :

Just before any ignorant cow says something as stupid and rude as "You need

English:

<translate>
Subject: Opening the menu Helps on Windows Vista.

I an not able to open the Help menu on Windows. Specifically: whether I
press F1, or click on the Help icon, it says to me:

"Internet Explorer cannot download for Windows.
The necessary site is not available or could not be found. Try again, later
on."

Many thanks for your help.

I think is is a well-known problem, I have seen this issue answered
previously, I think. But I don't remember the solution. Anyone?

Salut,
