Certainly not to help anyone, that's for sure. All he does is brag about
himself and lie about and insult people.

Yes, as opposed to ignoble as is exemplified by Frank and his other
personality, Count Dracula.

Now, shouldn't you be off activating, becoming genuine or something?

Its easy to do.. just look for new destinations occationally.

So you say.. however you do not know that.
You have no way to know what your "unix" system is doing unless you look.
I don't think you have the knowledge to look properly.

But you do live with one that phones home to get updates that you know
nothing about or who wrote them or for what reason?
It also keeps popping up and asking for your password every time you want to
run an admin program.. really annoying that.

Do you really think making all Linux users look like prats is a noble cause?
Its all you succeed in doing with your stupid comments.
As a Linux user I wish you would go and play with a Mac and annoy them
instead.

I as a linux user wish exactly that. Alias doesn't and won't get it
though.

User access control. You can switch it off using the control
panel. Or you can type user access control into the
help and support section, and it will provide a link.

Ever use Linux??? heh. RTFM!!!

Someone here doesn't use Ubuntu even though they claim to.. Ubuntu asks for
your password whenever it needs to run as root.. like configuring networks,
adding programs, etc., similar to UAC on Vista but with a password to make
it more secure (maybe)..
