day we had a dude arrested as a terrorist that was not summarily put up
against a wall and shot (Padilla). We've got innumerable agitators fussing
that enemy combatants caught on the battlefield should get criminal trials.

After China and Iran, the USA kills more people with their death

What about the 100s of people who were on Death Row who, through DNA
tests, turned out to be innocent? That doesn't bother you? The US penal
code and the US prisons turn out more criminals than anything else! The
prisons in the USA are Crime Universities and they make ****ed sure
you're in there long enough to learn any and everything about how to be
a criminal.
