when i was watching the online video in the internet,suddenly the windows
occured the bluescreen and shut the computer down ...thats my problem..hope

at first i want to give informations from the problem reports and solutions
,but now the problem history for this is gone ...i am trying to describe it
clearly.
this is not the first time but maybe only 3 times.i was watching videos
online and suddenly the bluescreen pop up, i only can see some words like :
windows need to shut down for saving your datas (stuff like that) and it
restarted .after restarted i recieve a messege from windows :a problem cause
windows shut down unexpected ,windows trying to find a solution for the
problem.....

Annie, please do as I requested before and go to the link I gave you

help you unless you provide enough information because no one here can
see your computer.
