Task Manager

On my XP machine I hit CTRL-ALT-DEL and great it goes straight to Task
manager which is fine what I want it to do. When I hit CTRL-ALT-DEL in Vista
it comes up with that gay window about lock this computer switch user etc
and Start Task Manager is at the bottom of the list - any way to make the
Vista one act like the XP way and for it to immediately go to Task Manager?

Yet another nigglin ting!

Many thanks,

Andy.
