Keyboard error

My friend is having trouble with her keyboard after installing vista. A chat
site she uses has a userplane flash programme thingy to chat to other members
in the chatroom etc. When she types a comment, it types fine, she can read
what she put, but when the message is sent it misses 1/2 the letters out.
Same problem happening with someone else who just installed vista. Using msn
or office etc it types fine - any idea's?

Re: Keyboard error

Steve

Look for updated, Vista compatible drivers for the installed keyboard. Also,
check for a Vista compatible update for that flash programme she is using.

Re: Keyboard error

If it is losing every other character, perhaps it is a charset (two-byte
characer / one-byte character) problem. If keypresses show up on the
screen, its not a keyboard problem.
