keypad

I just installed Vista on my laptop and it changed the settings on my keypad.
I used to be able to scroll up and down pages, and tap different spots on
the pad to do functions. Could someone please tell me where I go to change
those settings?

Thanks

John

There will be some program for your laptop that controls that. You need to
find the manufacturer's webpage for your model of laptop which has all the
specific software. Make sure that you install versions that work with Vista.

There are no other thoughts as what I have told you is what you have to do
to solve this. What model is the Toshiba?

There are quiet a few different revisions of the A100.
You need to go to this page and select the specific model you own to get the
drivers and software for your laptop.

This is the driver you need for the touchpad:

If that link does not work look for Synaptics Touchpad Driver. you may need
to install other stuff as well to make everything work properly.
