US Robotics Modem and Windows Vista

I'm using a USR 56K modem. When I boot up my system, I'm asked three times
to grant permission for the upgraded driver to run. So each time, I grant
permission.

When my daughter logs on with her user account she gets the
same prompts. The problem comes when the User Account Control asks for
permission to run the R3 Interface. No matter how I set the parental
controls, it insists on an administrator password to continue. This is a
huge inconvenience as she cannot use the internet if I'm not home or
otherwise unavailable to enter my password--which I'm certainly not going to
share. Perhaps this is a remedial fix that I just cannot overcome. I've
resigned myself to having to give the modem permission to load three times
everytime I start my computer, but I'd like to know how to allow my daughter
to use the internet when I'm not standing there. Anyone?? Thanks

Re: US Robotics Modem and Windows Vista

Have you gone to the US Robotics site and see if they have a updated driver for Vista for your modem
