Running outlook 2003 sp2 on vista home - has been working fine for months and
then today it came uip with this message and closes. Have tried changing DEP
settings, reinstalling, uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works.
Created a new mail profile didn't help.
Any suggestions - I'm desperate

Such problems usually have one of several causes:

1. Corrupted normal.dotm file.

2. Corrupted Data key in the registry.

3. An interfering add-in.

4. Corrupted Windows User profile.

5. A damaged installation.

Try uninstalling Office - Reboot your PC - Reload Office

Exact same thing has happened to me. Any other suggestions besides a
complete reinstall? And did that work anyway?
