Internet Explorer script error

When opening the compatability wizard I get the IE script error stating
Line:35
Char:1
Error: The specified module could not be found
Code:0
URL:res://acprgwiz.dll/compatmode.hta

I have tried clicking "yes" and "no" to continue and I then get another
script error
Line: 329
Char: 5
Error" 'g_util' is null or not an object
Code:0
URL is same as above
I have tried the disable script debugging with no luck.

Just say not to Script debugging. The page will open then. Why use the
wizard?-

Re: Internet Explorer script error

I've tried with and without the script debugging. The first page of the
Compatibility Wizard will come up but the "Next" button does not appear at
the buttom, preventing me from proceding with the wizard.
