Computer restarting

Almost every day I must restart my computer. I am connected to a wireless
network which always says that I am connected and have good access. I
usually leave my computer on during the day and most nights as well. I have
Vista which I put on in April and have not had any problems until this last
month, when the internet will not function nor the e-mail receive. So I shut
down and restart and then everything funcions normally again for about
another day. Any suggestions?

To have a wireless connection I take it you have a router but you say
nothing about that. As routers give you the connection it might help to let
us know which one.
