Problem Reports and Solutions stopped working

I am running Vista Home Premium logged on as an Administrator. I can
display the PR&S control panel but all options are grayed out apart from
'Change Settings", values as follows:

Check for solutions automatically: ON
Advanced:
For my programs, problem reporting is ON
For all users, Windows is set to: Automatically check for solutions
Block List: empty

My system occasionally crashes with faults that PR&S used to successfully
log as being due to my ATI display driver. I still get occasional crashes
but now nothing is being logged. Does anyone have any ideas how to get this
application working again?

RE: Problem Reports and Solutions stopped working

I'm also getting the the "Windows Problem Reporting has stopped working"
argument not once bu continuously with the following statement "A problem
caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program
and notify you if a solution is available" with a close program button. If I
click on the button windows Vista (32 bit) crashes and takes a memory dump.

Does anyone have any idea what the hick is causing this?

RE: Problem Reports and Solutions stopped working

Well it seems that NVidia had a "Network Manager" App. that did not work,
removing it finally cleared the problems.
