Published movies have green bar halfway down

When I publish the movies using WMM 6.0, it gets all the way through, no
problems.

When I play the movie, there is a green bar on the scene parts. None on the
Title slides or anything, just on the AVI movie files.

I thought that i would need to convert the AVI files to something else, but
I was told the AVI files weren't a problem.

Any suggestions?
