Does anyone know when MIcrosoft is releasing there first Service Pack For
Vista to get rid of the hundreds of little bugs and files transfer speed
issue vista has?

A firm release date has not yet been set, though speculation is by the
end of this year or early 2008.

It is probably doubtful that a service pack will be released within the next
12 months. You are probably looking at 18 months.

by mid or end of july 2007, sp1 for vista (official) shall be out. read it
somewhere online,

That is the initial beta that is rumored to be out sometime this month.
The release version is looking like end of this year or early next.
