| Windows Vista Clients on a Windows 2003 Server network I am trying to decide about deploying windows Vista machines on my network. Currently all I have are Windows XP machines. Will there be any particular upgrades needed on the Windows Server or otherwise to allow the introduction of these Windows Vista clients? |

| Re: Windows Vista Clients on a Windows 2003 Server network Quick answer is no. If you run W2K3 server SP1 and use remote desktop you should have a look at: http://mytechweblog.blogspot.com/2007/06/rdp-from-vista-slow-after-windows-2003.html . | Re: Windows Vista Clients on a Windows 2003 Server network No, I've added a number of Vista computers in my AD domain and they just display as regular computers in ADUC, but if you look at their properties the "Operating system" value is Windows Vista. Also, most if not all of my group policies applied to Vista computers without any modifications. ThePro.
