Does the snipping tool come with vista Home Prermium? If it does where is it?
I don't see it in Programs > Accessories.

Control Panel > Programs and Features, click Turn Windows features on or off in
the left pane, approve UAC, wait for list, scroll down and check Tablet PC
Optional Components (includes Snipping Tool), OK

Then the Snipping Tool should appear under All Programs > Accessories

Snipping tool is included in vista premium.

The easiest way to find is to type snipping tool into the search (the search
above the orb).

Agreed. However, if it isn't in Programs > Accessories, then the previous
messages are appropriate. I have Vista Home Premium. I had the Snipping Tool
when first installed. It disappeared. I almost went nuts trying to find the
answer. Until I found this forum. So now I have it back, thanks to Cal Bear
