| monitor dial-up traffic and speed Hello, Can anyone help me , How do I monitor my dial-up connection traffic & speed. There used to be a 'status' option in XP. I have tried vistas 'reliability & performance' tool, but it seems to monitor LAN rather than dial-up modem traffic ?? Thanks K |

| Re: monitor dial-up traffic and speed Use NetMeter - http://www.metal-machine.de/readerror/ I have it on every Vista computer I have ever set up, for myself and for my customers. -- Regards, Richard Urban Microsoft MVP Windows Shell/User (For email, remove the obvious from my address) "KK" <trebor@yeleek.nospam.freeserve.co.uk> wrote in message news:emaCWlKvHHA.1204@TK2MSFTNGP03.phx.gbl... > Hello, > > Can anyone help me , > > How do I monitor my dial-up connection traffic & speed. | Re: monitor dial-up traffic and speed Thanks, this is exactly what I was looking for. Is there a way of putting an icon on the bottom RH corner of the toolbar to start the window directly rather than having to go via control panel etc ? Thanks again kk "Mr. Arnold" <MR.
