bluescreen

I am working with windows vista ultimate 32-bit.

I have often a bluescreen

here is some information:
BCCode: a
BCP1: 00000004
BCP2: 0000001B
BCP3: 00000000
BCP4: 81CAD9BB
OS Version: 6_0_6000
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1
Servergegevens: d30bda66-e64e-4ee4-8565-e7726334a16f


Does somebody know what I need to do?????

Hi,

To be more detailed go to the Control Panel\System and
Maintenance\Administrative Tools, open Event Viewer and find out event with
STOP error and next put here.

here is more information of one of the bluescreens:

0x0000000a (0x00000004, 0x0000001b, 0x00000000, 0x81cad9bb). The dump is
saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.

Hi,

Have you:
- updated all Windows patches ?
- installed all device drivers for your machine ?

If you have NVIDIA chipset you can check this kb:

Hi,

My Vista is up-to-date, I have a Nvidia chipset but I don't have 4GB or more
RAM.
I can't find the device driver for one device (SM-buscontroller).

Noticed you said cant find SMbus driver. Go here
[url]http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp[/url] , click platform/nforce ,
click your motherboard model then click the version of windows you have.
Thats assuming you have a nVidia chipset.
Then you would remove all nvidia drivers thru Control Panel_Programs and
Features
Then you would reboot.
Then you would install the drivers that you downloaded above.
Restart
Then you would install graphic card drivers , which you would download from
nVidia at same link as above (If needed).
