Memory problems

Has anyone experienced the following problem, if so could you please
explained to me how to fix it?

My monitor screen will flicker and change my display setting from 32-bit to
8-bit. This consent and it is becoming a pain in the a##. Any help would
be apprecitaed.

This sounds like the drivers for your graphics card may need to be updated
or are corrupt and need to be reinstalled.
