| windows installer 4.0 I am configuring a new laptop in order to give to a salesman at my company. It has windows vista business loaded on it. I've been installing our programs on it when suddenly after a reboot it told me there was something wrong with the windows installer. Now I cannot install or uninstall any programs. How do I fix this?? (it has happened to me before and I reinstalled from scratch to fix it.....i DON'T want to do that again)      |
