There should be more information than that, Event ID, source, etc. You've
only posted the faulting application. We need the rest of that information.
Please copy and paste it into a post for us to see.

Yes - far too many possibilities without further detals...

Everything seems to be pointing back to Internet Explorer. You need to
check to see if this is being caused by an add-on. To do this you need to
open IE with no add-ons; All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\Internet
Explorer (no add-ons). If this stops the issue, you'll then need to
determine which add-on is the source.

Open Internet Options in Control Panel, go to the Programs Tab, click Manage
Add-ons, then disable add-ons one by one, running IE after each individual
item is disabled to see if it crashes with the same error. When it no
longer crashes, you'll know the previous item you selected was the source of
the issue and you can remove that add-on or keep it disabled.

Re: ntdll.dll fault

These started popping up a week after a fresh install of Vista home
premium.
I have worked around the winmail issue by deleting windows mail
personal data folder and re-importing my messages and account settings.
I still cannot change any preferences within Windows mail without it
crashing to the desktop or restarting.

This is a very frustrating annoyance that is not application specific.
Any advise is welcome.

Faulting application WinMail.exe, version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp
0x47918ed8, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6001.18000, time
stamp 0x4791a7a6, exception code 0xc0000374, fault offset 0x000b015d,
process id 0xc88, application start time 0x01c8b648c92ba38a.

Faulting application Peggle.exe, version 1.0.0.1, time stamp
0x45d50df2, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6001.18000, time
stamp 0x4791a7a6, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0006814c,
process id 0x15e0, application start time 0x01c8b6e8257f3625.

System Specs:

Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1 (build 6001)
3.0 GHZ AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core
Asrock ALiveNF7G-HDready mainboard
4GB Mushkin Redline DDR2 1000
NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT ( I know, I know,....)
