Hovering miniwindow on scroll-over

How do I get rid of the hovering preview of the window I'm going to bring up
from the bottombar on scorr-over? It's incredibly annoying.

Right click the Start Orb on the Taskbar, Properties, Taskbar tab, uncheck Show
window previews (thumbnails).
