Order from the Microsoft Court of Appeals

According the the requests received by Kevin John Panzke, Karen Jane Panze
and her lover, Spanky deMonkey, it is the decision of the court to forever
Ban the above persons from this group.

You are ordered NOT to post any more messages.

You are ordered to community service in the amount of 500 hours.

You are ordered to pack up your computers and deliver them to the local
police department within 48 hours.

You are ordered not to speak with each of the offending parties.

You are ordered to disobey the US Constitution regarding Free Speech. There
will be NO FREE SPEECH in these forums.

By decree of the Microsoft Police and the Microsoft Court of Appeals.

MSFT has its own widespread and myriad problems losing a large number of
decision in several Courts of Appeals resulting in the loss of nearly a
billion dollars in the past year to its stockholders.

And yet, the price of the stock has risen since a year ago. So where does
that loss of nearly a billion show up?

Your not an investor are you?

Pssst if they didn't loss a billion then they make more $
they make more $ then their stock goes up HIGHER

They also, sometime, pay a thing called dividends Do you need an explanation
of those work?

MSFT closed at 30.05 yesterday. One year ago, it was 23.30. That's an
increase of just over 28.5% in the past year. How does that translate
into "the loss of nearly a billion dollars in the past year to its
stockholders"?
