| Re: Add programs to default list I think I have read somewhere that at the moment Firefox can not be set as the default browser. It is going to take a few updates to get it totally Vista compatible. The first is "Set Your Default Programs", you said you tried that and did not see Firefox listed. Firefox is listed there for me. The last option in the "Default Programs" window is 'Set Programs access and computer defaults' - click that and have a look around. Look under "Custom"> "Default Browser" see if "Enable access to this Program" is checked for Mozilla Firefox and if Firefox is also checked there as the default. -Michael |

| Re: Add programs to default list Sorry ... I found that. Ok using the second options - Non Microsoft - in "Set programs access and default programs" I was able to finally see Firefox set up as default browser, but it has removed Internet explorer and Windows mail at all. Unfortunately also in this way, in the first option - Set your default programs - Firefox doesn't appear. Third custom option brings explorer as default in any case. A little step forward. Any other idea? Andrea |

If you do, try reinstalling Firefox by right clicking on the setup file and "Run as Administrator", Firefox should ask you during the setup or first run if you want it to be the default browser. See what happens. -Michael |
