i have disabled some programs from startup and now keep on getting a huge
bubble that tells me i have programs disabled from startup ,i know i have ,i
just did it,it is a huge bubble and very,very annoying as it keeps reapearing
every 5mins how can i turn this off(running vista hp)

There are two things that trigger this behavior; first, make sure that you
view the programs that you disabled and make sure that they do not have
"START WITH WINDOWS" turned on in the program preferences. Second, just exit
the bubble when it appears.

You are clearly not playing with a full deck.

He states he has a problem. I ask for details to get a better idea what
