OneCare

Does anyone know why OneCare constantly changes my firewall setting back and
forth between "restricted" and "automatic", claiming the network is chnging
back and forth between unsecured and secured? I'm not changing netwroks, and
it IS secured.

Re: OneCare

I had that issue after an XP Home to Vista home premium upgrade. Call them.
In fact call them twice because the first guy inevitably doesnt have a clue
as to what he is doing but the second guy you call does.

IIRC there was a registry fix for it.

Open the One care firewall tab, uncheck "Automatically change my firewall
protection level when I connect to an unsecured network".
