I'm having issues publishing a calendar from Windows Calendar to a WebDAV
server (the server is running Apache on a Mac OS X 10.4.9 Server system). I
have had no problems doing this from Outlook 2007. Perhaps I'm simply missing
something. Here's what happens:

1. I create the calendar in Windows Calendar.
2. I publish the calendar by entering the "http://<webdav server address
here>" in the field provided.
3. After a few moments, the Windows Calendar tells me that an error occurred
duing the publishing process due to the "...network path was not found". The
problem, I believe, is that Windows Calendar is not allowing me to
authenticate as other WebCal calendar clients do. Is there a way to get
Calendar to work with this setup?
