empty temp folder

Back in XP the windows/temp folder I found could often be emptied... many
things would live in there and could build up.. Years ago in window 95
photoshop left some real hefty files in the temp that just about filled my
drive.. and I needed to manually delete them, so I got into the habit of
checking that folder.. I see there still is the Windows/Temp in Vista... but
is there more ?

Re: empty temp folder

Yes. It would be here (the path is hidden):
C:\Users\(Your Name)\AppData\Local\Temp

RE: empty temp folder

Go to Start > Run, enter

%temp%

and click on OK Delete all the files that you find there.

Also, Start > Run, enter

%windir%\temp

and click on OK Delete all the files that you find there.
