Moving parts of my video

I use Window Vista premium and am new at the windows movie maker program. I
have a video tape containing several events, It all downloaded into one
project folder in the Windows movie maker program. I would like to divide the
clips into different project folders so I can burn DVD's of each individual
event. How do I go about doing this?
