How to backup files and folders?

i want to backup selected locations. e.g.
c:\Develop

and that's it.

What program can i use to backup in Windows Vista?

I like Acronis True Image. You can do imaging as well as targeted
incremental backups.

Windows Vista?

Windows NT 3.5 could do it.
Windows NT 4 could do it.
Windows 2000 could do it.
Windows XP could do it.

i was hoping someone else would say it, but i'll just answer my own question.

"This functionality has been removed in Windows Vista. There are no plans to
undo this feature regression."

I also made another bit of a mistake, It seems that the full backup is only
available in the Vista Ultimate version, the one I am using...

A. This functionality was removed in Windows Vista.

Notes
1. You can use the ntbackup program from Windows XP to perform backups in
Windows Vista.
