I recently bought a new computers and would like to upgrade to vista.

My language is in French at the moment but I would like to change it to
English when I upgrade to vista can I change the language then.

I understand that a clean install may be required. what do I do about the
other software installed I have no discs for this software everything came
preinstalled.

You will have to contact the vendor of the Express Upgrade coupon to see if
the coupon is good for a different language.
